Description.

The Fine Bangkok Thonglor Ekamai. The Luxury Condominium is located in Thonglor-Ekkamai , prime area of Bangkok which is very popular for Japanese people who live in Bangkok.

The project is a collaboration between Thai and Japanese developer to build up modern Japanese style for luxury living in this project.

The concept for landscape design is try to bring identity of traditional Japanese garden / creating dramatics scene / elements and Japanese living into our design.

The six key elements of Japanese garden are mentioned by entry court that called “Fine Greenery”

“water scape” is a welcoming feature for people who get in through, crossing a bridge before get into the lobby. And once from inside, taking view out to see the reflecting pond or go out to outdoor sitting and soaking legs for relaxing

“Mountain” is represented by landform and be a backdrop for the garden when taking view out from inside the building.

“The big feature tree” is the focal point view and it is the center of the garden which has meaning as “shading for living”. And in this project, this big feature tree is designed like a floating tree on reflecting pond as the special one.

“The tea house“ has been transformed to shading area, floating on the pond for people viewing ,reading or has conversation.

“Moonlight” is a feature in the night time and it will be shown like a moon reflection on the water surface. Represented to traditional Japanese “Ancient moon pavilion”

Those all are six key elements that we bring into our design and one more special design for “The Fine Brand” is the triangle lighting on the wall as” F “symbol which is represent to brand “The Fine”, “Fly” (Butterfly) as the definition of the project “tower of lights” which means butterfly are attracted to light, and the last “paper Folding(origami) 

For the facilities pool area” Fine Retreat”, we designed it as a simple plane of water with floating simple bridge to lead people to go to the peak view point, poses or take action for photography. The pool bar is sunken to make a clear view and can take the view to the city side. Jacuzzi is located in another side which is more green view and privacy.

The Highest floor “Fine Sky”. We create a pocket green putting for golf lover, especially Japanese people can enjoy the new field in new environment. And “The Fine seats @ Fine sky” the highest point for taking 360-degree city view which is surrounded by starlight walkway.
